      A nice sturdy bench suitable for someone like me (58 yo female) looking to lift some light dumbbells. Someone more experienced with lifting heavier weights might want a heavier bench. Took me all of 20 minutes to put together and that’s because I’m not very mechanically inclined. Great price for the quality.

      It didn’t take very long to put this together once I received it. It’s pretty sturdy and of decent quality. Very happy I caught it on sale!

      currently in the process of building a home gym, and I will say this item surprised me. There is currently a 30 percent off coupon that was a nice plus. The assembly took less than 20 minutes, and it was very easy to maneuver. I will say I dislike how much space there is between where you sit and the back support, this will make Bulgarians interesting but still very happy with the item. great addition to a home gym. 🙂

      My husband likes the weight bench. Said it’s good quality. The only thing that could be improved is the width-couple inches wider would provide more stability.

      I really was scared when I got this. I thought that was going to take my weight or it was going to be very weak but is a very steady seat. It holds more than 100 pounds working out at the gym Recommended 100%

      After researching several workout benches, I chose this bench because of the overall reviews and lower price. The bench was delivered quickly. It was quite easy to assemble and only took about 5 minutes. The bench is very sturdy and well built.
