The cheapest piece of workout equipment ever… two of the handles snapped off the bands on the first use.. they are garbage, cheap, and unsafe. Someone could get seriously injured when these cheap, terrible, poorly made equipment snaps off.. luckily it only left a bruise on my arm.. I could see if only one band had a defect but two handles snapped off in the first use. After that they went right in the trash.. this by far is the worst ever and most unsafe workout equipment I have ever purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EQUIPMENT!!

These band are very durable. There are five weight classes to choose from. They give you from easy to extremely hard. The colors differentiate between the weight classes.

I was doing bicep curls and the handle broke free from the green band. It doesn’t appear to be something I can fix. I’ve only had them for about 2 months.

This is the 2nd time ordering this Resistance band set. I exercise regularly and the reason for ordering again is the stretch of the band wore over time (1-2 years) which is expected. I had good luck with the bands so simple ordered again. I like the style that has handles that are not removable (I have both styles).
The very first day the green band handle separated from the circular metal brace that holds in place. I was actually going to keep the set anyway, keep using. I actually first thru the green band away. The next day, the blue band separated in the same fashion! Keep in mind, same manufacturer, did a buy-again, experienced user of product.
Pictures 1 & 2 show the separated handle / band. Yellow band is normal (I didn’t use this band tension yet). I am sending the bands back with refund vs. replacement, and just ordered thru Amazon from “DynaPro”.
There is clearly a defect or manufacturing process change or something of that nature. I am not one to gripe about the small stuff, but wanted to let folks know my experiences with the product that has worked well for me in the past. Stay away.

I bought these primarily for when I’m traveling since my gym has similar tools. The variety of weights fit my needs. I only wish they were pre-labeled with their weights.

No, I’m not a doctor, but I needed something for exercise that (a) wouldn’t break the bank, (b) could help replace some of the machines I was using at Planet Fitness PTPS (Prior to the Pandemic Shutdown), and (c) not take up a lot of space in my home office/workout/man cave. These have hit all three marks. They came quickly after ordering, and it also came with more than one door anchor or door jam strap (I was only expecting one). So far, so good. I’ve only given it 4 stars for durability due to lack of hours of use — time will tell. My previous resistance bands lasted years, so hoping these do, too. But so far, they are an excellent value at this price.
