      It was what I needed in the roller, plus the extra other parts turned out to be useful for my physical therapy as well. Great value for the set.

      K but not fond of the hard texture. Did not use it. Ended up getting orthotics for my heels instead

      All is as promised at a very reasonable price, even when compared to Walmart! I saved $10 by purchasing through Amazon. Haven’t tried everything yet, but it all seems study and as expected, except the travel bag . The travel bag may not be strong enough for the the long haul.

      I bought this set for a great price. The foam roller is a bit more smooth in touch than I would like it to be. It slides around easier on the carpet floor. I have one other foam roller that is made of a bit of a different material and seems to have a better grip on carpeted floor. The muscle roller stick works well but the hard plastic grooves make it a bit more of a choppier run over the skin. The foam ball for sore feet or as the description mentions can also be use for plantar faciitis. I stand in heels most of the day so this is a great way to get relief for the sore muscle in my foot.

      I am so happy that I bought this kit. I thought I just needed the foam roller. I was wrong. I love every piece in this kit! Each piece is durable. I use the foam roller for stretching and for back pain. I also put it behind my back when sitting in deep chairs. I am short :). I also use it for balance for some pilates ans yoga poses. I am super happy with my purchase.

      I really like the large back roller and the spikey foot massager ball. Takes a little practice to learn to use them all effectively, but man it feels good!

      I am quite top heavy and sit at a desk all day and night (work FT and school FT) so my back hurts a lot. I do not have the time or funds for weekly massages but I was in a lot of pain do to tension in my back neck and shoulders. I found this, and will admit my expectations were not high, but this set has been a life saver! 10/10
